技术概述
     类壤土基质喷播技术的核心是利用工程学与植物学,通过仿生技术快速模拟出自然界中适合植物生长的高性能壤土基质结构。     壤土,指土壤颗粒组成中黏粒、粉粒、砂粒含量适中的土壤。质地介于黏土和砂土之间,兼有黏土和砂土的优点,通气透水、保水保温性能都较好,颗粒大小在0.2mm至0.02mm之间。     该结构稳定,具有丰富的腐殖质、矿物质、空气、水、有机物等。这些物质以固态、气态、和液态的形式存在于土壤基质中,互相联系,互相制约,为植物提供必需的生长条件,给高陡边坡上植物生长提供了最有利的立地条件,兼具生物防护作用。     类壤土基质喷播技术模拟的土层结构主要有两层,一是腐殖质层(全风化层),该层具具有壤土结构特性,含有丰富的腐殖质、矿物质、空气、水、有机物等,适宜植物生长。二是淋溶层(强风化层),类壤土基质喷播技术形成的底基层可以看成一种柔性加筋锚固材料,能够提高土体的内聚力和内摩擦角,改善原土体的力学性质。形成高强度的抗冲刷能力,使基质更好地粘附于矿山边坡基岩上。在干旱、半干旱区域能够显著提高植物的越冬率和返青率。
      通过类壤土基质喷播技术形成的土壤基质含有大量的有机质与矿物质,可以为植物提供必要的养分,促进土壤微生物的活动,调节土壤酸碱反应,加速植物根系和地上部分的生长。      类壤土基质喷播技术形成的土壤基质具有丰富的毛管孔隙(直径0.001-0.1毫米的土壤孔隙),能够增强土壤的吸水、保水能力。含水量的增加使土壤土水势增高,有利于植物吸收水分。良好的持水性有益于提高发芽率,更快的形成群落。      类壤土基质具有适宜植物生长的疏松度和通气性,能够改善土壤通气状况,有助于植物种子发芽、根系发育、微生物活动及养分转化,促进植物生长发育。

边坡稳定性分析     划分边坡岩体结构类型,并根据类型判断边坡破坏形式。分析岩体的受力条件,如岩体自重、爆破力、工程作用力、地下水作用等,采用极限平衡分析和变形分析法计算抗剪强度,分析边坡稳定性。从地质成因方面判断边坡稳定性的变化趋势,为确保边坡稳定提出加固措施。
边坡稳定防护技术       根据治理区边坡现状及地层产状、岩性等条件,利用削坡减载技术降低边坡高度和坡度。视需要采取直接加固技术如回填压实、挡墙及护坡、格构梁、抗滑桩、滑动面混凝土抗滑栓塞、锚杆、预应力锚索和柔性防护网等进行边坡稳定性防护。

植物多样性选培技术          在植物的选择上,既要注意植物的功能、作用、大小、适应性、周期性、防治、延续性,又要考虑气候、地理环境、地质条件等外界因素。综合确定植物的种类、种植方法、方式、搭配性,以及附属参数(如水管的配比)。   根据当地山体地质、气象等资料,进行本区域林相调查,充分考虑基材配置物种的多样性,以及植物相生相克的群落等,确定适合矿山复绿的植物种,优先考虑本地物种,使坡体稳定、整体复绿、水土保持、恢复原山貌。

类壤土基质配比     利用植物生态群落,如落叶、枯草等腐殖物作为土壤营养源泉,使天然矿物质和有机化合物以及微量元素充分结合,集脲酶抑制、硝化抑制、氨稳定和植物生长调节等多功能于一体,并随时间的延展促进植物的生长。

Technical Overview
The ideal soil structure is constructed quickly by the use of “Simulate Loam Substrate” spray sowing technology in the demonstration area. The plant communities with biological diversity and sustainable succession function are established. Loam refers to soils with moderate content of clay, silt and sand. The texture is between clay and sand, and has the advantages of clay and sand. The ventilation and water retention and water preservation are good, the size of the particles is between 0.2mm and 0.02mm.The structure is stable, rich in humus, minerals, air, water and organic matters. These substances are in the form of solid, gaseous, and liquid in the soil matrix, interconnected and restricted to each other, providing necessary growth conditions for plants and providing the most favorable site conditions for plant growth on high and steep slopes, with biological protection.There are mainly two layers of soil structure simulated by “Simulate Loam Substrate” technology.
